1.Excellent mechanical and physical properties:

The density of FRP tank is normally 1.8-2.0 g/cm3. It is around ¼ of Steel. The intensity of FRP is higher than Steel, Casting and Plastic on their relative density. Heat expansion coefficient is the same as Steel’s. Heat transfer coefficient is 0.5% of Steel’s. FRP is an excellent insulation on electricity and heat.

2.Anti-corrosion to chemical, long working life:

FRP has special anti-corrosion to chemical. When store corrosive material, FRP has his excellent property that other materials cannot compare with.

3.Flexible on design can meet different requirement on special structure tanks:

Through changing resin and intensive material, FRP tanks/products physical properties can be adjusted to suit different material and working surrounding. Through change thickness of structure layer, wrapping angle and wall thickness, FRP tanks/products loading capacity can be adjusted to suit different pressure and performance. Other materials cannot match this advantage.
